Not that it will help you tomorrow but there is a Honda dealer in Santa Clarita, called Ken and Joes. I would not ride it if it’s making noise.

Thank you will give them a call next year hahaha, so I started the process over again, the sound level did decrease, sounds like an exhaust valve,I am adjusting to specs from a 93' manual since I can't find numbers on a 2017 anywheremark_hochman wrote: ↑Sat Dec 30, 2017 7:32 pmNot that it will help you tomorrow but there is a Honda dealer in Santa Clarita, called Ken and Joes. Make sure you're really at TDC! With the valve cover off watch the intake valves open then close. That should put you close to Finding the TDC mark (it might be on the cam gear). You'll need to use the current spec. The newer engines run much tighter tolerances.
